Volunteer Coordinator:

This chair position is required to attend all General and Board Meetings. The chair coordinates back-to-school packets in August, helps in recruiting volunteers, provides volunteer lists to committee chairs and solicits volunteers for events/programs as needed throughout the year. The position is responsible in advertising volunteer needs and opportunities to the school community. 

They also oversee some of the PTSA committees. 

Newsletter Chair:
This chair position is responsible for gathering articles and creating the weekly Tesla STEM PTSA newsletter which is used to communicate to and keep the school community informed of all PTSA and school information. The newsletter chair is responsible for maintaining the following on a weekly basis and in a timely manner: newsletter submission requests, newsletter updates, editing the information and verbiage to be accurate and appropriate, all formatting including links/forms/documents, adding and removing recipients as needed, timely delivery of newsletter on set day/time, and housing past newsletters on website for easy access.

Communications Chair - Office 365 and Microsoft Teams Administrator:
This chair position is required to attend all General and Board Meetings as this would be an appointed Board position. The chair adds and removes users in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, maintains our storage repository and assigns permissions to new incoming members, and removes permissions for outgoing members.  
They also oversee chairs of the other communications - Newsletter, Social Media and Website administration.
